Return Policy

Jewelry - In the event that you are not 100% satisfied with your custom-made jewelry, we will either replace it or issue a refund (we will issue a refund for the jewelry only; we do not refund shipping charges). In order to qualify for a replacement or refund, please be sure to notify us within 30 days of receipt of your jewelry. If you are purchasing our jewelry as a gift, for example during the holidays, we will extend our return policy until after your gift recipient receives her/his jewelry.

Please take care when ordering the size of your jewelry as we must incur a restringing fee if you return it to be resized. We wish we could resize it at no additional cost to you, however, it takes us just as much time to restring your bracelet as it does to string it the first time. We appreciate your understanding this situation!

Keepsake Boxes And Other Personalized Items (excluding jewelry) - Due to the personalization of these items, we will only accept the return of items damaged during shipping. Personalized information that is mistyped by the purchaser at ordering time is the responsibility of the purchaser and will not qualify for a refund. Please take care to review the Order Summary page at ordering time to ensure that the information you supply is accurate. You must contact us within 72 hours of receipt of any damaged item in order to qualify for a refund/replacement.

We do not accept returns of polishing cloths ... all sales are final.
