Our Cracked Glass & Sterling Silver Stretch Bracelets are made with sparkling hand-blown and molded
8x6mm glass beads separated by sterling silver flat spacer beads. The glass beads are made by
a heating and cooling technique invented by 16th Century Venetian glass makers. The glass is immersed
in cold water while it is molten hot, thereby cracking the glass. The glass is then reheated and
molded into the shape of the bead, sealing the cracks within but leaving the outside strong and
silky smooth. These are fun, slightly chunky bracelets that have a multitude of reflective surfaces and
sparkling radiance. Wear alone or buy more than one and stack them! Available in three stretch sizes, in the colors of Honey Ice, Plum Ice and Aqua Ice.
